Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at support@valkeryn.shop. Our support team will review your request and provide the correct return instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Since we work with multiple fulfillment partners and supplier warehouses, the correct return address will be provided by our support team after your request is approved.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@valkeryn.shop so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item once your return is approved and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
